Meet the founders

We founded I Heart My Face™ as a mother-daughter team because we believe waking up feeling great about the person you see in the mirror builds confidence–the kind that inspires you to dream big, believe in yourself, and accomplish anything your heart desires.

Dr. Cyndi

Dr. Cyndi Yag-Howard is a board-certified dermatologist, internationally recognized leader in cosmetic dermatology, and co-founder of I Heart My Face™.

Named one of Newsweek’s Top 150 Cosmetic Dermatologists in America, Dr. Cyndi built a premier aesthetic practice known for providing exceptional patient care, blending science with artistry, and delivering natural-looking results that help patients look, feel, and live with greater confidence.

A highly sought-after international lecturer and educator, she has taught physicians around the world the art of facial sculpting, aesthetic anatomy, and advanced cosmetic techniques. She serves as Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, and has held many leadership positions, including Vice President of the American Academy of Dermatology and President of the Florida Academy of Dermatology.

After years of seeing the effects of sleep position and facial compression on her patients' skin, Dr. Cyndi recognized that traditional pillows were overlooking an important part of healthy aging and post-procedure recovery. That clinical insight inspired her and her daughter, Aubrey Howard, MBA, to create the I Heart My Face™ Longevity Pillow™ and pioneer the concept of Skincare You Can Sleep On™—bringing together beauty, wellness, confidence, and restorative sleep in an entirely new way.

Outside of work, Dr. Cyndi enjoys running, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Aubrey

Aubrey Howard is a brand strategist and product innovator with more than seven years of experience bringing consumer products from early-stage concept to market. Her background spans brand management, product innovation, consumer insights, and go-to-market strategy across personal care, wellness, and consumer lifestyle brands, with experience developing and growing products sold through some of the world’s largest retailers.

As Co-Founder and Head of Brand & Product Strategy at I Heart My Face™, Aubrey leads the brand’s strategy, product development, consumer experience, and go-to-market efforts. Working alongside her mother, board-certified cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Cyndi Yag-Howard, Aubrey has helped bring the I Heart My Face™ Longevity Pillow™ to life, combining dermatologist-developed innovation, thoughtful design, and the belief that the way we sleep can become an intentional part of how we care for our skin.

Aubrey holds a B.A., Master of Management Studies, and MBA from Duke University, where she focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, marketing, and product management.
