How does the ergonomic design offer support and alignment for side and back sleepers?

Back sleepers:  Back sleeping requires a neutral head and neck alignment.  The goal is to support the natural curve of the cervical spine without lifting the head too high (causes neck strain) or letting it fall too low (causes misalignment). The ideal pillow height for a side sleeper is 3.5 to 4.5 inches (9-11 cm).  The Longevity Pillow's height falls perfectly within this range.  The center cut-out with surrounding support helps cradle the head while maintaining ideal neck alignment.

Side sleepers:  The ideal pillow height for a side sleeper is 3.5 to 5.5 inches (9-14 cm). When the pillow is made of medium-soft memory foam, as the Longevity Pillow is, the ideal height is 4.5-5 inches.  The Longevity Pillow's height provides perfect support and height to keep the head, neck, and spine aligned for comfort and a good night's sleep.
How hard or soft is the Longevity Pillow memory foam?

The Longevity Pillow is made of high-quality 50-58D memory foam, which is considered medium-firm, providing the perfect balance of plush comfort and support for the head and neck. This type of foam excels at cradling the head and neck, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep.
What is the pillowcase made of?

The Longevity Pillow boasts a superior quality, all-natural 22 momme silk pillowcase. 

What are the benefits of having a silk pillowcase?

Silk's luxurious feel is gentle on hair, soft on skin, anti-inflammatory, and anti-microbial. It naturally resists dust mites, mold, and fungus, and helps regulate body temperature due to its natural cooling effect.  Additionally, silk reduces friction against facial skin by 43% compared to cotton, which helps minimize pulling, creasing, and formation of sleep wrinkles.* (Draelos, Dermatologic Therapy, 2008).  Silk also absorbs 50% less moisture than cotton, so it helps preserve your skin's hydration and natural oils while also protecting your hair's natural oils.* ( Li et al., Textile Research Journal, 2011).  Silk is also superior to cotton at diminishing acne breakouts* (Draelos, Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, 2016), likely due in part to its anti-inflammatory effect.
Is the pillowcase removable?

This premium quality pillow boasts 2 layers of fabric covering the foam. The first layer is a thin, non-removable fabric that protects the foam from wear and tear. The outer pillowcase is removable (unzips). The zipper starts and ends at the center top of the heart.  Please refer to the online video for further instructions and a demonstration of how to remove and replace the pillowcase and underlying middle layer.
Is the pillow or pillowcase washable?

How does the Longevity Pillow prevent wrinkles?

For side sleepers, the pillow's unique and patented hollow heart shaped design can be placed in one of several positions to support the bony structure of the head while the soft tissue and skin of the face rest freely, untouched by the pillow.  No pressure on the face means diminished sleep wrinkles and pillow marks.  For back sleepers, the pillow is turned upside down--like a spade--allowing the pillow to gently cradle the neck while supporting the head within the hollow center.

    Designed with Heart, Perfected Through Science 💓

    A Pillow Made from the Heart 💓

    I love that you’re already on version 11. That really shows how much iteration has been put into this project. It feels like you are genuinely building something new in the sleep +skincare space, not just refining a pillow.

    Since I’m a back sleeper & spend most of my time in that position, I see exactly what you mean by needing the head to drop perfectly into that center hole rather than being pushed too high.  I did try flipping to my side just to test it. But as a back sleeper, I understand the science behind the dimensions now. Can’t wait to get my pillow.

    Amazing pillow

    I have been using the I Heart My Face Longevity Pillow for several months, and it has become invaluable to me. It helps me sleep better and, for the first time, allows me to comfortably sleep on my back, something I was never able to do with a traditional pillow. It is easily my favorite pillow I have ever used.

    In fact, when I travel without it, I notice the difference and find it much harder to sleep comfortably through the night. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone looking for a more comfortable, restful night’s sleep while also helping to minimize the sleep lines and facial compression that can occur with traditional pillows.

    Great post-laser

    I got the pillow to use after my recent laser treatment (Halo TriBrid). I can honestly say it was the first time I've ever been able to sleep on my back all night. Whenever I've tried to sleep on my back after filler, laser, or microneedling, I've always reverted to my usual - for me that is side-sleeping. The way the pillow holds your neck and head is perfect height, perfect support, and perfect comfort. I really think I healed faster because the air was able to reach my skin, instead of my healing face sticking to a traditional pillow. After a few nights I was "allowed" to sleep on my side again and loved the way my face was never touching the pillow - just resting in the open space on the inside of the heart shape. The pillow's heart shape supported me from my neck/jaw up to my temple and forehead area. So, a total win from my perspective.

    Beautiful Pillow

    Although the pillow takes a few nights to get used to, if you are trying to sleep on your back post treatment or you're just trying to train yourself to become a back sleeper it's an extremely comfortable pillow. The quality is fabulous!
